Dear Subscriber,
It was refreshing to see the Global Grain Geneva conference delegates go home with two strong indications. Firstly, many feel the end of the bear market is coming during 2016 based a mix of weather markets, geopolitics and less supply with stronger demand. Secondly, the view is that Brazil and the Black Sea origins will continue to increase production and be the market leaders.
Both indications are good for the industry and should provoke more traded volumes, hopefully better margins and so more need for expertise. This we can provide and we certainly see an increase in recruitment activity especially from the niche players, taking opportunity to expand their teams and reach into new strategic locations.
